The Harvest Moon invites us to pause. To acknowledge how far we’ve come, gather the wisdom from what we’ve experienced and release what has completed its purpose.

On Sunday 27 September, join me for a breathwork journey under the Harvest Moon. An immersive 9D experience supported by gentle Reiki healing.

Through breath, hypnotic affirmations, layered soundscapes and somatic release, you’ll be guided to loosen the hold of limiting beliefs, reconnect with yourself and create space for what is ready to emerge next.

No previous breathwork experience is needed, only a willingness to meet yourself exactly where you are.

🌕 Sunday 27 September

Some sessions stay with you. This was one of them. 🤍

I went into this session with so many things I wanted to say. Words I’d written, ideas I wanted to share, moments I had carefully planned.

And then the room filled… and somehow, the words became less important.

The journey was an invitation to stop trying to fix, control or understand, and instead create space for whatever was ready to come through.

We spoke about radical acceptance. About meeting ourselves exactly where we are. About trusting that we don’t always need to understand where life is taking us.

And somewhere along the way, I realised I was being asked to practice that too.

To stop worrying about delivering everything perfectly.
To trust the room.
To trust the journey.
To trust myself.

What emerged was more beautiful than anything I could have scripted.

And hearing how that experience has continued to unfold for people in the days since has made it even more special. 🤍

Thank you to every person who trusted me to hold this space for you. It is such a privilege to do this work.

Until the next one ✨

Relationships have a way of bringing us face to face with ourselves.

The same fear in a different person.
The same wound in a different dynamic.
The same belief, asking to be seen.

Not because everything another person does is somehow about us, and not because we’re responsible for someone else’s behaviour.

But because our relationships can reveal the stories we carry about love, worth, rejection, safety and belonging.

And when the same pattern keeps appearing, perhaps the question isn’t only “Why does this keep happening to me?”

Perhaps it’s also…

“What is this here to show me?”

Awareness is where we get our choice back.

We can keep relating from the old programming or we can decide that the story changes here. 🤍

The relationship may be the mirror. But you decide what to do with the reflection.

One week to go 🤍

Sometimes we don’t need to think our way through what we’re carrying.
We need a space to breathe, to feel, and to let go.

Next Sunday, I’ll be guiding you through an immersive 9D Breathwork journey, combining conscious breath, hypnotic affirmations, immersive soundscapes and somatic release, alongside gentle Reiki healing.

We’ll then take time to integrate through rest and music before closing the experience together ✨

A space to release what’s been held.
To reconnect with yourself.
And perhaps leave a little lighter than you arrived.

For many of us, saying “no” once meant risking connection. Keeping the peace felt safer than expressing our needs. So we learned to make ourselves smaller, quieter, easier.

That wasn’t weakness.
It was adaptation.

The beautiful thing about healing is that it isn’t about becoming harder or pushing people away.

It’s about slowly teaching your nervous system a new truth.

That you can be honest…
Protect your energy…
Honour your needs…

…and still be loved.

Every boundary is an opportunity to update your programming.

To remind yourself that belonging doesn’t have to come at the cost of abandoning yourself.

🤍

Reflection:
What’s one small boundary you know would honour you this week?

Sometimes we call it being “nice.”

Sometimes we call it being “easy-going.”

Sometimes we tell ourselves we’re just the person who doesn’t like conflict.

But beneath people pleasing is often a much deeper question…

“What do I need to do to stay connected?”

For many of us, putting other people’s needs first wasn’t a conscious choice. It became a way of protecting our relationships, avoiding conflict, and feeling accepted.

Over time, we can become so focused on maintaining connection with everyone else that we lose connection with ourselves.

Healing doesn’t begin with becoming harder, colder or less caring.

It begins with one simple question:

“What do I need right now?”

Because every time you honour your own needs, you’re teaching yourself something important:

Belonging should never require self-abandonment.

✨ Reflection:
When was the last time you paused to ask yourself, “What do I need?”

The Mirror Practice.

Most of us spend our lives looking in the mirror to judge what we see.

We notice our flaws.
We adjust our hair.
We criticise.

But what if the mirror became a place to reconnect instead?

A place to meet your own eyes with compassion.
To soften your heart.
To acknowledge the person who has carried you through every challenge, every joy, every version of your becoming.

The next time you pass a mirror, pause for just a moment.

Place one hand on your heart.
One on your belly.
Take a slow breath.

Then simply ask yourself:

“How are you…really?”

You might be surprised by what your reflection has been waiting to tell you 🤍
