What is Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)?

QHHT is a deeply relaxing hypnosis technique that may allow you to explore past-life experiences and connect with your Subconscious, also known as your Higher Self.

The Power of QHHT: How a Lost Pet Triggered a Past Life Medical Mystery

I want to share an incredible story from a recent QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) session that shows just how deeply our past lives can influence our current physical bodies.

My client came to me suffering from severe, chronic sinus and throat issues. She is now in her 60s, but she has spent years visiting numerous medical professionals, desperate for answers and healing. Modern medicine offered a temporary procedure that gave her brief relief, but the symptoms always returned. It felt like an impossible puzzle.

Her QHHT session didn't just solve the puzzle—it unlocked immediate physical relief and a timeline of just two weeks until permanent healing.

And it goes like this...

During her regression, she found herself standing in a vast desert, with sand as far as the eye could see. She was a carefree 5-year-old child living in a tented community. Life was peaceful, until a fierce sandstorm struck.

Her mother strictly instructed her to stay inside the tent while the adults secured the community’s belongings. But the little girl’s pet bird had escaped its enclosure. Panicked and deeply concerned for her beloved pet, she disobeyed her mother and ran out into the roaring storm to find it.

The sandstorm was too powerful. She couldn't breathe. Tragically, the sand filled her airways, and she passed away. When her family found her body the following day, they laid her to rest without clearing the sand from her throat and airways. She carried that physical trauma with her out of that lifetime.

The Trigger in This Lifetime
I asked her Subconscious (SC) why these severe sinus and throat issues suddenly surfaced now, in her 60s.
The Subconscious revealed a beautiful, yet heartbreaking connection: It was triggered by the loss of another pet.

Exactly six months before her chronic airway condition began, my client was forced to rehome her long-time family dog. The profound grief of letting go of her beloved dog unconsciously triggered the buried soul-memory of losing her pet bird—and her life—in the sandstorm.

Once the Subconscious brought this memory to light, understood the root cause, and released the trapped trauma, the healing could begin.

Past Life Discovery: The Strategy and Resilience of 54 BC

We recently explored a fascinating chapter of history during a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session.

During the regression, my client travelled back to 54 BC, finding herself in the dense, mist-shrouded forests of ancient Britain (then known as Albion). She was the leader of a Celtic kingdom’s army, tasked with defending her homeland against the invading Roman legions of Julius Caesar.

At this time, Britain was not a unified nation, but a patchwork of competing territories. Each region was ruled by regional kings (reges), warlords, and chieftains who held power through military strength, family alliances, and trade.

The Ambush in the Trees
As the Roman legions advanced, her strategy was meticulously planned. She positioned her warriors behind massive, mossy tree trunks while archers waited high up in the forest canopy. They stood ready with iron swords and distinctive yellow shields emblazoned with eagles—a striking, highly specific visual memory from her deep trance state.

But as the trap was set, they discovered a devastating twist: a traitor within their own ranks had leaked their ambush positions to the enemy. Despite this internal sabotage, the army bravely held their ground.

The Tide Turns
Caesar’s Roman soldiers attempted to outmanoeuvre them, launching a surprise attack from behind to ambush the Albions' own trap. A fierce battle erupted in the forest. Just as the pressure mounted, Albion backup arrived on the battlefield. Facing a reinforced, unyielding defence, the Roman troops ultimately chose to retreat.

Following the skirmish, the heavy burden of leadership fell upon my client. She delivered a vital report to the King, delivering the bittersweet news: while they had successfully repelled the attack with minimal casualties, the Roman forces would inevitably return. The mission was clear—regroup, fortify defences and prepare for the next wave.

Integrating the Experience
In our current lives, a deep-seated sense of hyper-responsibility, intense tactical thinking, or the constant, exhausting urge to prepare for the "next challenge" often stems from these historical soul timelines.

For this client, revisiting this powerful memory allowed her to honour that incredible lifetime of leadership and bravery.

Miraculous QHHT Session: Dissolving the Crown of Pain

We just wrapped up an incredibly profound Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session that perfectly illustrates how past energy imprints can physically manifest in our current lives.

For years, my client has suffered from debilitating chronic migraines. When we navigated deep into the somnambulistic state to speak directly with their Subconscious (Higher Self), the root cause was finally revealed.

The Discovery
The Subconscious showed us a striking visual: the client was carrying a heavy, energetic wreath crown tightly bound around her head. But this was no symbol of victory. When the Same Soul Saves You Twice… Across Lifetimes ✨

During a recent QHHT session, my client was taken back to a lifetime where she experienced a marriage filled with anger, bitterness and control.

Her older husband made her life miserable in almost every way. She felt trapped in a relationship where love had been replaced by fear, unhappiness and emotional pain.

But eventually, her life changed.

She met another man — the man she described as the love of her life.

He showed her what she had never truly known before… what it felt like to be loved.

He brought laughter where there had been sadness. Joy where there had been fear. And a sense of safety where she had once felt trapped.

For the first time, she experienced the kind of love that allowed her soul to breathe.

But then came the heartbreak.

Her beloved husband died, leaving her with a deep and overwhelming grief.

Her first husband would occasionally return, seemingly checking in on her — perhaps wanting to see what remained of the woman he had once controlled. Perhaps wanting to remind himself of what he had destroyed through his own bitterness.

But something had changed. She had changed. She was no longer the frightened woman he once knew.

“Who was her first husband?”

The answer was extraordinary. We were told that the first husband from this lifetime was actually her mother from her current life.

And then came the second revelation.

The loving husband who had rescued her from that controlling relationship was revealed to be her husband in her current lifetime.

Read that again.

The same loving soul had returned.

Once before, he had helped her escape the control of a soul who had not yet learned their lesson.

And in this lifetime, he was once again there beside her — helping her break free from that same controlling energy.

When One Door Opens, Another Closes

During a recent Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session, a client of mine traveled back through the corridors of time to a powerful past life in Germany—a lifetime that carries a beautiful message for us all today.
In this past life, she was a 20-year-old office worker, happily engaged and filled with anticipation for her future.

Suddenly, the contract of that relationship dissolved, and the wedding was cancelled. Her human heart was broken, and she found herself unable to cope with the heavy grief. To make matters more difficult, she still shared an office with her former fiancé. The universe intervened, and it was decided she must leave her job.

At the time, this double loss felt like total devastation. Her ego saw endings, but her soul knew it was a sacred clearing.

She relocated to live with her grandparents for a fresh start. In the quiet sanctuary of their home, her healing began. She connected deeply with the grounding energy of nature, finding immense peace and joy in tending to her grandparents' horses.

As her vibrational frequency shifted and her heart mended, she was guided to a new job in a nearby village school, assisting the teachers and working with the pure energy of children. And that is where her true soul alignment manifested.

At that school, she met a new love—a partner who truly matched her soul’s blueprint. Together, they married, started a family, and built a life of deep, authentic joy. The closed door of that office building was actually the catalyst that forced her onto the path where her true destiny awaited.

The soul already knows our life purpose … even when the human mind may not understand the journey!

During a recent Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session, a client uncovered a profound understanding of the purpose behind a lifetime marked by abuse and trauma.

Through her session, she discovered that her soul had chosen this incredibly difficult path as preparation for two important missions.

The first mission is here on Earth—to become a powerful advocate who helps challenge and change the current systems, fighting for justice, awareness, and better support for survivors of abuse.

The second mission reaches beyond this lifetime. She was shown that when she returns to Spirit, she will help welcome and support souls who have experienced abuse and trauma during their lives on Earth. Her role will be to assist them as they heal, learn, process and grow from their experiences and continue the development of their soul’s journey.

For the first time, her suffering made sense to her. Perhaps it didn’t erase the pain of her memories nor did it suggest that abuse is ever acceptable, but it gave her a deeper understanding of the meaning her soul had found within those experiences. That insight brought her a sense of peace and purpose she had never felt before.
