When you make contact with IMS Support Services, there’s a good chance one of the first people you’ll speak with will be part of our leadership team.

Stacey and Snez are at the heart of our day-to-day operations. Together, they lead our team, keep the business running smoothly and make sure our workflow, communication and quality of service are maintained.

They’re the people behind the scenes supporting our staff, solving problems, keeping things moving and helping ensure the people we support remain at the centre of what we do.

IMS may be made up of many wonderful people, but Stacey and Snez help keep all those moving parts moving in the same direction. 💚💙

If money were my motivation, I would never have chosen to become a registered NDIS provider. I could have worked independently, avoided the enormous costs and compliance requirements, and kept far more of what I earned.

Instead, I chose registration because standards matter. Accountability matters. Most importantly, the people who trust us with their support deserve a provider committed to doing things properly.

After 31 years as a mental health nurse, supporting people remains my passion—and I will never give that up.

At IMS Support Services, we work tirelessly to maintain our NDIS registration and provide safe, reliable and high-quality care. We offer a broad range of NDIS supports and are currently welcoming new participants.
