InFlow will soon be moving, hooray! 🤍🤍🤍

As many of you know, it has been a heartfelt dream of mine to move to the Eastern Shore, and it brings me so much joy to share that InFlow will soon be held in the beauty of Howrah.

I have intentionally taken some time away from offerings throughout November to honour this transition, allowing myself the space to settle, ground and become acquainted with the sacredness of our new home before welcoming you all in again.

The energy of change always fills my being with so much excitement, curiosity and inspiration. It opens my heart to new possibilities, ideas and desires, and I can already feel the gentle beginnings of what is yet to unfold.

But for now, my intention is to move slowly and consciously through this transition. To ground myself in the new space, to listen, to connect and to be in communication with Spirit, the land and the home itself.

To cultivate a beautiful relationship with the space that will soon hold so many heartfelt moments of connection, exploration and healing.

My deepest intention is for this space to feel nurturing, safe and deeply held, a place where you can soften into your own unique experience and feel supported in all that you are.

I am feeling so much gratitude for this next chapter of InFlow and for each of you who continue to be part of its unfolding.

Reiki is meant to be shared, received and honoured with love- whether that’s within the tenderness of a session or through the slow unfurling that follows a Reiki training.

It is a practice that continues to reveal itself through experience, presence and relationship.

Come soften in connection- October Offerings

Reiki sessions are available in person or online- intentional moments to soften, be held and cultivate gentle healing.

Each Reiki session throughout October will include a FREE 15-minute intuitive guidance deep dive, where together we’ll explore your heartfelt intention and gently invite in more clarity, awareness and connection. 🕯️

Reiki Attunements are a truly sacred initiation into greater depth and awareness. These trainings invite you into deeper intimacy with the energy, cultivating a relationship with Reiki that can spark authenticity, trust and connection. Trainings aren’t just a day experience, as your teacher I am here to gently guide you through the 21 day integration process post attunements and through the fullness of your unique journey.

Reiki is the guide.

The guide who shines the light and awareness into all the seen and unseen areas of our whole beings.
Sometimes Reiki leaves us without words of explanation, but with the felt experience of surrendering and softening to the unknown, to something so much more powerful and expansive than us.
It’s like a cosmic navigator, being channeled, moving through our physical bodies, emotional layers and energetic fields.

You may sense sensations but you might also sensation the vastness of nothingness, as the energy is far beyond our comprehension and sometimes words and feelings lack the ability to fully capture the Reiki experience.
And perhaps that is part of the beauty of it.

To soften the need to understand but to just be with deep awareness.
To become curious about what is felt, without labelling it.
To allow awareness to illuminate what’s ready to come to the surface.

To simply be with the Reiki experience.

Creating spaces for you to soften, to reconnect, and to simply be.

Through Reiki, I have learnt so much about the importance and depth of connection and community.
There is something so deeply nourishing about being witnessed, held and met exactly as we are.

And I’ve come to believe that connection and community are not simply beautiful additions to our lives- they are a fundamental foundation from which we are able to grow and blossom.

Sometimes we need another heart beside ours.
A gentle and steady presence.
A space that reminds us we belong.

And sometimes, in coming back into connection with others, we find our way back into a deeper connection with ourselves.

This is what I hope to keep creating- spaces for softness, connection, community and coming back to you.

A space to come together with other women who are ready to gently release, to invoke and welcome in some new energy, new radiance and new beauty.
A place to share more heart and more connection, to tenderly open up and be held in sacred circle.

Hi all and happy one year + one day of InFlow,

How can I put words to this year when the full expression of this experience has been so deeply heart felt?

An awakening to my highest truth. This year has been a massive one so jam packed with growth, learnings, opportunities and memories.
The jam jar could burst from all the goodness inside preserved from this year.

So many people to thank, so much gratitude to extend. And mountains of moments that have woven themselves into the creation of InFlow.

InFlow is like clay on a pottery wheel, shaped by intention and moulded by the hands of not only myself but all those who flow through the business. Everyone leaves their own unique little fingerprint on this creation, this offering.

And perhaps that is one of the most beautiful parts of building something with heart- realising that it is never truly yours alone. It becomes a living thing, shaped by every connection, every conversation, every shared moment and every soul who walks through the door.

Often we forget to choose our presence over perfection, the joy of curiosity over judgement, and the simple act of returning to our practice again and again.

Whether your practice is yoga, Reiki, meditation, breathwork, or simply taking a moment to be still, each time you return to your sādhana (your sacred daily practice) you are deepening your relationship with yourself.

It isn’t about doing more or doing it perfectly- there’s no such thing. It’s about showing up. The repetition, the devotion, the willingness to come again and again and again is where the transformation lives. Each day may look and feel different and that’s okay. Be gentle with yourself and also kind.

The path is the practice. 🤍

Softening the body, stilling the mind and fuelling my winter warmth with connection and community.

Winter is the time for rest and renewal, but also for captivating your inner spark. For illuminating your fire from within, playing with passion and rekindling potential.

For us down in Tassie, eagerly awaiting the snow to blanket the land like a blank canvas, let us find joy in this slow and introspective season. A season that invites us to soften into stillness, savour the simple moments and reconnect with the warmth that lives within.
