Simply Vicki Finding joy in the little things. Sharing life, laughter and simple pleasures. I’m 58 and living in Queensland, Australia.

I am simply me, learning life, health, and a little bit of everything in between. I’ve decided to be more intentional about my future, creating something now that can grow over time. I’m not in a big hurry, just taking steady steps toward something better

A few weeks back I shared my Why. Today, I take a step back and share how I got here.

I didn’t join LiveGood because family or friends were doing it with me. I actually joined through someone I knew online.

We live in different countries and have never met in person, but we had seen one another on Zoom meetings enough times that I felt I knew her a little bit.

When I saw that she had joined LiveGood, I was curious. I trusted that she must have seen value in it, and that was what encouraged me to take a closer look for myself.

I did my own research, looked at what was being offered, and made my own decision.

That’s something I think is worth remembering. You don’t need a group of your family or friends to get started with something new. Sometimes, one person’s experience is simply enough to make you curious.

And if someone in your own circle happens to be interested, you can always share your experience and let them decide whether it’s something they want to explore too.

For me, it started with curiosity, trust, and taking the time to look for myself.

Ever recommended a product, restaurant, skincare range or something you absolutely love?

You share your experience, someone buys it, and the company makes the money. You get a thank you! 🤷‍♀️

Have you ever thought about earning from the recommendations you already make?

That’s the idea behind affiliate marketing. 💻

Share what you genuinely like, create helpful content, build trust and learn how to earn when your referrals lead to sales.

No chasing friends. No pressuring people. Just sharing and learning along the way. 🫶

You’re already sharing recommendations. What if you could earn from some of them too?

How are you being kind to yourself today?

For me, while I am relaxing on the bus trip to work this morning I will be doing a 10 minute meditation.

🌿 Life is for living. Finding happiness in the everyday. 💛

Sometimes, we get so caught up in what we need to do, what we should be doing, and what comes next that we forget to enjoy the life we have right now.

But happiness doesn't always come from big achievements, exciting adventures or having everything figured out.

Sometimes, it's found in the simple things.

A quiet morning with a cuppa.
A favourite song playing.
Sunshine on your face.
Bare feet on the ground.
A good laugh.
Time spent doing something you love, or simply allowing yourself to slow down.

Life doesn't have to be perfect to be beautiful.

Maybe it's about noticing the little things, appreciating the moments, and giving ourselves permission to enjoy them without feeling guilty about what we haven't done.

Life is happening right now. Don't forget to live it. 🌸

Gratitude doesn't require you to abandon ambition. And ambition doesn't require you to despise where you are today. ❤

I'm learning that you can honor your present while still preparing for your future. You don't have to choose between appreciating your life and working to improve it—you can do both! ✨

I'd love to hear from you today:
✨ What is one thing you're grateful for right now?
✨ What is one thing you're working towards?

Are you looking for ways to earn extra income online? I'd love an honest conversation.

I am building an online affiliate business because I want to improve my financial future and create more options for retirement. I'm learning as I go, sharing what I discover, and exploring what it takes to build an online business later in life.

I am curious: would you genuinely consider an online income opportunity, or is it simply not for you?
Both answers are absolutely fine. I'd rather hear an ℎ𝑜𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑡 𝐲𝐞𝐬 or 𝐧𝐨 than 𝑠𝑖𝑙𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒!

If you are interested in learning about affiliate marketing, online business opportunities or creating additional income in your 40s, 50s or 60s, feel free to start a conversation.

🌸 Make time for something that makes you happy this weekend. 🌸

Life can get so busy that we forget to make room for the little things that bring us joy.

Maybe it’s enjoying a quiet cuppa, listening to your favourite music, spending time in nature, reading a good book, watching the kids/grandkids play sport, or simply sitting still for a few minutes.

Whatever it is, give yourself permission to enjoy it.

You don’t have to earn your happiness, and you don’t need a special occasion to enjoy the little things.

A little happiness, just for you, can make a difference.

What’s one little thing that always makes you smile?
