12/09/2026

🔥❄️ This morning at the InterContinental SanctuaryCove Saunadrop had the pleasure of bringing the fire & ice to the team at National Dental Care

Jointly hosted with Breath By Starley we rose with the sun, moved our bodies and stepped into the sauna and cold to awaken the nervous system and kick-start that all-day buzz.

A morning of heat, cold, movement, connection and good energy — the perfect way to start the day.

Thanks to the team at National Dental Care for jumping in and embracing the experience. 🙌

Saunadrop is looking forward to being part of ZENFEST this year, back in our favourite spot, parked up next to the most perfect swimming creek imaginable.

ZENFEST is a sublime intimate camp-out at Natural Bridge in the stunning Gold Coast Hinterland - a collaborative event hosted by Island Vibe Festival and the ZEN FESTIVAL Shiatsu community, celebrating the wonders of creative expression, movement, yoga, bodywork and meditation.

Held on a meadow next to a fairy-tale rainforest creek, this beautifully cared for land welcomes you warmly for a relaxing weekend full of connection, play, and expansion. You can expect workshops such as partner stretching, acro yoga, zenthai shiatsu, singing, live music, fire performance, fireside jams, DJs, tea ceremony, and more.
