I’m the most unfit I’ve ever been in my life. I’ve dug myself into a hole that has had everyone else’s needs prioritised. It’s no one’s fault but my own. I’ve fallen into the martyrdom of motherhood and business ownership. I’ve got all the best (and valid) excuses- tired, time poor, perimenopause is kicking my arse… blah blah blah. But look at the values I WROTE on my wall! Why am I so hard on myself? Why do I sing the praises of every other person I work with no matter how big or small the achievement, but not for myself? Are you a parent of a disabled or neurodivergent child? Tell me your story! How do you cope with all of the well meaning comments? The day to day difficulties that nobody sees? How do you look after yourself in any small way? This is me, bone arse tired, forcing myself to find my sparkle in a way that feels equally one of the hardest pushes I’ve ever given myself, and whoop there it is moment! Big love to my warriors and their families 🌸💖 ❤️
