Last weekend we had a coastal themed scavenger hunt planned, however the weather had other plans for us and we relocated to Charlestown Square instead.

Our participants were given lists of items to find and were supported to explore the shops, write down prices, and create beach day shopping and picnic lists.

The photo in the Lego store was one of our “most unusual beach related items” that we found! A Lego themed sea scape!

We enjoyed looking for beach related images, items needed to pack for a beach day and practising budgeting and planning skills!

These activities are invaluable in building confidence, skills and independence 💙🩵

🚶‍♀️🌿 Fresh air, fresh scenery and great company!

Our walking groups offer a wonderful opportunity for participants to get outdoors, explore different landscapes and enjoy the beauty of nature.

A change of scenery and a little fresh air can do wonders for our physical and mental wellbeing. It's also a great way to connect with others, build friendships and enjoy some gentle exercise along the way.

At Inclusive Co, it's all about creating opportunities to get out, stay active and enjoy meaningful experiences together. 💙🩵

A day on the farm 🐐🐴🌿🐪
Getting out into the community, trying something different and sharing new experiences with others is such an important part of what we do at Inclusive Co.

Our recent visit to Oakvale Farm gave participants Matty and Jack the opportunity to get up close and interact with a variety of animals, enjoy the outdoors and experience something a little different from the everyday.

Spending time with animals can be a wonderfully calming and engaging experience, while activities like this can also encourage confidence, communication, social connection and a sense of independence.

At Inclusive Co, we believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to having fun, building skills or connecting with others. That’s why we offer a wide variety of activities and experiences — from outdoor adventures and community outings to creative, social and interest-based activities.

It’s all about giving participants opportunities to try new things, discover what they enjoy, build friendships and feel part of something. 💙

Fresh air, good company and a day by the water 🎣🌿

Our recent fishing social was a great opportunity for participants to spend time in nature, connect with others, share a few laughs and casting a line to seeing what might bite! 🐟

Activities like fishing offer so much more than just a day out. They can encourage social connection, build confidence, provide a sense of achievement and create opportunities to learn new skills — all while enjoying the calming benefits of being outdoors.

And sometimes, it’s simply about being together, having fun and feeling part of something. 💙

Donations Wanted 🎮 🕹 🎲 🔨 🌷 🪡

Do you have items in good working condition you no longer need? We would love to put them to good use to provide hands-on activities where our participants can learn new skills, build confidence and explore their interests.

We’re looking for:
🖥 Gaming equipment: Gaming mice, keyboards, desktop computers, computer parts, graphics cards and gaming accessories.

🎮 Consoles and games: Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo and similar consoles, games and controllers.

🎲 Other games and equipment: Projectors, Dungeons & Dragons accessories and board games.

🔨 Tools: Drills and other tools people may no longer need.

🌷 Gardening supplies: We’re always happy to accept plants - even small cuttings, as well as soil and pots.

🪡 Sewing supplies: Fabric, thread, buttons, zips and other sewing bits and pieces.

If you have something to donate we invite you to message our page or drop in your donations to Bloom With Us during office hours.

Saturday’s social group was planned by the group, for the group! 🏎️✨

Everyone decided on go-karting, budgeted and saved for their tickets over a few weeks, then headed out together to enjoy an action-packed day followed by lunch.

It was a brilliant opportunity to build friendships, practise budgeting and planning, and—most importantly—have fun together!

We offer engaging social activities throughout the week for people looking to make connections and increase their social and community participation.
