You should not have to choose between a strip that stays put and skin that still likes you in the morning.

Our custom PSA adhesive is designed to balance a secure hold with a skin-friendly feel. It is hypoallergenic and latex-free, with application and slow removal playing an important role in comfort.

Reliable and gentle can coexist. We are rather attached to that idea 💜

Placement makes a bigger difference than stretching.

Start with clean, completely dry skin, ideally 30 to 60 minutes after skincare. In a mirror, position the nose strip just above the button of the nose on the soft cartilage. Place the sticky section without stretching, finish peeling the backing, press across the nostrils and hold for 5 to 10 seconds.

Tiny technique, much better chance of an all-night hold 😴

Save this for your next application 💜

You can close the laptop without closing the 14 tabs still running in your head 😩

New Australian data from the Sleep Health Foundation found that 36.9% of workers said work-related factors affected their sleep on nights they did not sleep well. A better wind-down cannot fix a broken workload, but a consistent routine can help draw a clearer line between work mode and sleep mode.

Tonight’s tiny boundary: choose one task that officially belongs to tomorrow 📝

That 3 am reach for water, the sticky mouth, the dry lips, the morning breath that could strip paint... 👀

Mouth breathing can dry the tissues in your mouth because air is moving across them for hours. A drink beside the bed helps the symptom, but it does not explain the pattern. If it keeps happening, pay attention to whether your nose feels clear and whether snoring or congestion is part of the picture. Your water bottle deserves a night off too 💧

If sleep feels harder than it should, you are in very crowded company 😬

The Sleep Health Foundation estimates that 39.8% of Australian adults experience some form of inadequate sleep. It is common, but that does not make it harmless or something we should shrug off.

Better sleep often starts with noticing the patterns, then building small, realistic supports around them.

Your bedtime routine does not need another 17-step performance.

Schleepi was made to slide into the lovely little rituals you already have. Clean, dry skin, a gently applied strip or tape, then lights out. Our nose strips help lift the sides of the nose for a more open feeling, while our mouth tapes are designed to gently encourage closed-mouth sleep when nasal breathing is comfortable.

Functional can still be very cute 💜

The most expensive strip is the one you buy, dislike and abandon in the bathroom drawer.

We created Schleepi because breathing support should not feel harsh, flimsy or like a medical appliance from 1997. Our range brings together skin-friendly adhesive, reliable hold, thoughtful materials and colours you will actually be happy to wear.

Cute is not the whole point, but it certainly does not hurt 😉✨

A very convenient legal defense, honestly 😴

If you are the one doing the nudging, rolling or strategic blanket tugging, snoring can affect both people in the bed. Gentle supports may help some people breathe more comfortably through the nose, but loud or persistent snoring, choking, gasping or pauses in breathing deserve proper medical attention.

One year ago today, Schleepi officially began 🥹💜

What started as an idea to make better, gentler sleep products has turned into something much bigger than we imagined.

Over the past year, you’ve trusted us with something incredibly important, your sleep. You’ve shared stories about finally breathing properly at night, waking up feeling better, snoring improving and even couples getting back into the same bed after years apart.

Those messages mean more to us than you probably realise.

Building a small Australian business isn’t always glamorous, particularly in the economy we’ve all been navigating, so every single order, recommendation, review and message of support has genuinely mattered.

Thank you for making our first year possible.

And because birthdays need presents…
