For those who have known me through True Colours Healing, I’m excited to share that my work is now evolving into...
A Path Untethered.

This name reflects the journey I’ve been on personally and professionally — moving beyond simply healing what has been, towards reconnecting with who we are, what truly matters, and how we want and choose to live.

Through Reiki, Root Cause Therapy and my 4-Week Rewilding Nature-Based Learning Journey...

I offer different pathways to pause, reconnect and come home to yourself. Whether you are just starting out on a self discovery journey with curiosity, wanting to simply relax and reconnect or are looking at diving deeper into the 'why' of the patterns that keep showing up in your life...there's a safe space for you in the heart of Cheltenham.

And soon...a Holistic Therapy Companion Guide will join this journey, offering support and inspiration between sessions for not only clients that pass through my space, but for clients passing through any therapy or therapeutic space.

A Path Untethered is an invitation to loosen the ties to what no longer serves you, reconnect with yourself and discover your own path towards a more conscious and meaningful life. 🌿✨
