At Gilly’s Smallgoods, our famous Woodsmoked Kabana isn’t made by machines—it’s made with decades of experience.

George has spent 52 years perfecting the art of traditional smallgoods. He continues to make all of our famous woodsmoked products right here in our factory, using the same care and craftsmanship that has made Gilly’s a local favourite.

Take a look behind the scenes and see the passion, skill and tradition that goes into every bite. 🔥
