After a SUPER morning last month, we're running it back with a relaxed, cafe-style gathering to come together, meet others and enjoy the community atmosphere!

That's how many coffees participants made in FY26!

That’s a lot of coffee. But even more so, were the opportunities for connection, spots for conversation and the area for community.

Today, while we celebrate International Coffee Day, we’re focusing on the role coffee plays at Onemda. Not as the drink, but the ability for people with disability have the opportunity to build skills, confidence and social connections in a real community setting, like our Embrace Cafe locations.

Here’s to the coffee, the conversations and everything that happens around the cup.

💬 Our very first HOP Café was awesome!

Today we welcomed our first HOP (Hanging Out Program) Café group at Greenvale West Community Centre, and it was fantastic to see people connecting, communicating in their own way, meeting new people and simply enjoying time together.

HOP Café is a welcoming space for people with intellectual disability and complex communication needs, alongside a family member, carer, support partner or support.
