**I'm looking for a few volunteers!**

I'm currently doing some further training in energy work and need a few people to practise on as part of my certification.

I'm offering free sessions to anyone who might be interested in exploring energy work, whether you're dealing with stress, feeling a bit stuck, experiencing physical discomfort (either acute or chronic), or there's something in your life you'd like to work on.

You don't need to know anything about energy work or have tried it before. Just be open to giving it a go.

Sessions can be done remotely (over the phone) so you don't need to live nearby, or in person at my clinic in Dora Creek.

Energy work is a complementary approach to wellbeing.

I offer a mix of energetic, emotional and natural wellbeing support, alongside some good old-fashioned self-care.

Every person is different, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

Sometimes we start with an Energy4Life scan, sometimes emotional work, miHealth or herbal support - it really depends on you and what’s going on for you.

And sometimes you might simply want a relaxing massage or waxing appointment. 😊

It's been a little while since I've posted here, and I owe you a catch-up.

The short version: I am saying goodbye to our seed range at Planting Organics, and I won't be restocking once the current seeds are gone. It was a big decision, but the business is evolving, and I'll share more about the new direction soon.

Before the seeds go, I've put together something special for those of you who really love growing.

There’s something special about this time of year.
New life. New growth. New beginnings.

And apparently… a few new little garden supervisors making sure I’m doing everything properly. 😂

I think spring might just be my favourite. 💚🌿
