Top 5 reasons to get a massage

You have a Stressful job/life
Your body hurts
Your mind won’t stop
You need a nervous system reset
You have a body 😉

Everyone needs a massage.

Most people don’t even know they are holding parts of their body tense until I say “ let it go”.

We have just gotten used to it being normal.

When you let the tension go and give your body a chance to recalibrate back to relaxed you can deal with “life” so much better.

Send me a Dm to book a session.

I seriously L O V E working with these Acutonic forks.

Things people have told me after sessions.

“I felt like I was hovering above the table”

“I saw the brightest colours”

“If you could bottle this feeling up and sell it you’d make a fortune”

“That felt like a big warm mumma bear hug”

“I do not know how to even describe that!”

“What did you do?”

“You placed it on my foot and I felt it right up into my head”

“I could feel you pulling something out”

We are energy, frequency and vibration and having an Acutonic session just proves it 💫🫶

Keen to feel it.

Acutonics specifically Ohm frequency is deeply grounding & balancing and is excellent to help you switch your mind off.

You’ll wish you found this sooner.

Massage is calming but these forks take you 5 levels deeper.

Haven’t tried Acutonics before?
This is your sign to book a session 💫💛

Every physical or psychological illness has a spiritual/emotional origin or counterpart.

When we access the “root” or “underlying” issues we help to bring the entire body into balance and alignment.

AND when your nervous system is balanced and working in harmony you can handle life much easier.

If you want to feel calm, connected and peaceful send me a DM to book a session.

Warning ⚠️ this feeling is very addictive

It has been proven to have an effect on
Blood pressure
Heart rate
Circulation
& Emotions.

Sound & vibration has the power to reach us on a deep cellular level, exposing disharmony and disease & supporting the creation of new cellular patterns and biological reharmonisation.

You just have to experience it to understand 👏💫

Send me a DM to book a spot or ask any questions 🫶
