1. I dialled in on specific training targets - if I try to do everything, I’ll achieve nothing.
2. I trimmed the fat in my sessions - I don’t need 3 lunge variations, I only need one that I can load up to challenge me.
3. Release, grease and prime - prepping my body allows me to get the most out of my session AND work on things I suck at.
4. I got more consistent - if I am consistent with my training, I can use minimum dosing to my advantage - IYKYK.
5. Do Not Disturb - be where my feet are.
6. I understand that less is more - recovery is a part of the plan - this allows me to go HAM in session knowing that I will recover and adapt.
7. I shifted how I relate to myself - training used to be a way to punish my body and shrink myself, now it’s a way to flex what I’m capable of and take up more space.
8. I shifted how I relate to training - as a business owner, I’m always looking to maximise ROI - I do the same with my training.
