Director of Care / Clinical Lead

Deepa is a Registered Nurse and Clinical Lead with over 18 years of experience in aged care, community care, disability support, and clinical leadership. She has extensive experience in aged care, including working as a Facility Manager, leading clinical teams and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. Deepa also has experience providing after-hours clinical leadership across a large healthcare service, supporting aged care, rehabilitation, community palliative care, an Early Parenting Centre, and acute mental health services. Care Manager / Registered Nurse

Vicki is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with over 20 years of nursing experience in the public aged care sector, including Transitional Care Program, Community Nursing, care management, and clinical leadership roles. She has worked as a Care Manager, Associate Nurse Unit Manager, and Registered Nurse, leading teams and delivering high-quality care.
