SideKick Group is looking for kind, reliable and caring people to join our team, supporting individuals with disabilities at home and in the community.

Currently requiring support workers for before school, after school, weekends and school holidays.
**What you’ll do**
• Assist with personal care and mobility.
• Support home exercise programs according to care plans.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Encourage independence and everyday skills.
• Support hobbies, outings and NDIS goals.
• Help with household duties and planning.
• Work independently, use initiative and follow individual care plans.
**Who we’re looking for**
Friendly, respectful people who communicate well, build trusting relationships with participants and families, and provide consistent, reliable care.
**Necessary requirements**
• Ability to safely perform the physical duties of the role, including personal care and mobility assistance, using appropriate equipment and manual handling procedures.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Card.
• Completion of the required NDIS worker training modules.
• Current Working With Children Blue Card (WWCC).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Completion of the required infection prevention and control modules, including hand hygiene.
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)/National Police Check.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.
**All required checks, certificates and training modules must be completed before starting work.**

**All required checks and certificates must be in place before starting work.**
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or a similar qualification, disability or community services experience, and an understanding of NDIS goals and planning are highly desirable.
