Guests receive a free welcome token at the door for one free drink. 🍷 Throughout the night additional drinks can be purchased (EFTPOS is available). Complimentary soft drink and water is available all night for guests not drinking alcohol and support staff assisting our people with disabilities.

It’s Ball Eve!!!! 💃🕺🏻🤩

Here is everything you need to know to have the most magical night tomorrow at our Uniquely You Ball 🌟🌟🌟

• Ticket Check: Please make sure you have your ticket ready to present at the entrance. Strictly no ticket, no entry.

• Age Limit: This is an 18+ only event. ID’s will be checked at the door so have them ready.

• Timing: Doors open at 5:30 PM, and the fun officially kicks off at 6:00 PM. We expect a queue so try to be punctual.

• Theme: It's a 1920s Great Gatsby theme! Dress to impress in your finest vintage glam, or simply wear whatever makes you feel the most comfortable and confident.

• The Main Event: Your night includes a delicious sit-down dinner, entertainment featuring a local dance troupe, a live band, and a DJ to keep us moving later in the night.

• Drinks: All guests (people with disabilities) will receive one free drink on arrival. Soft drink and water are complimentary all night! The venue also has a bar available if you wish to purchase further alcoholic drinks (EFTPOS available).

• Need Assistance on the night? Look out for our amazing crew of volunteers! They had a meeting today for their final briefing and will be wearing bright yellow vests tomorrow night. If you need any help at all during the event, just tap one of them on the shoulder.

• Here is what our committee is doing to make this a truly Accessible event: 🩷We have a dedicated sensory room staffed by a volunteer Occupational Therapist if you need a quiet break from the excitement. 💜Our menu was designed alongside a volunteer Speech Therapist to ensure everyone can enjoy the meal, no matter their eating ability. Gluten-free options are fully available. 💙The venue features accessible disability toilets and ample parking close by. Our volunteers are all experienced in disability.

The Uniquely You Ball is a celebration designed especially for adults (18+) with a disability (and their carer) and tickets go live next week! 🎉💃🕺

Best of all? Tickets are completely FREE for our Goldfield’s disability community, thanks to our amazing, generous sponsors!

🎫 How to secure your ticket next week:
1. Contact your disability provider. If you are connected with a local Kalgoorlie disability provider many have already pre-registered for group tickets. We have reached out to all local organizations in Kalgoorlie to include them. Get in touch with yours to secure your ticket!

2. Not with a local provider? No worries at all! You can still secure a ticket by sending our page a PM or emailing us directly at [email protected]. Please remember the ball is completely volunteer run - we may take 24hrs to respond.
