Just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you have the energy for it. 🔋
You might be able to walk around the supermarket, but have nothing left in the tank when you get home.
Or manage an exercise session, only to spend the rest of the day recovering.
For many people living with neurological or complex health conditions, fatigue can be just as limiting as weakness or poor balance.
That's why we consider more than just what someone is physically capable of doing.
We look at how much activity they can manage, how their body responds and what else they need their energy for.
Sometimes that means adjusting the intensity, taking more breaks or changing the type of exercise altogether.
Because exercise should support your life, not leave you too exhausted to enjoy it. 💫
