We have some availability! 🌿

Pebble Path Supports currently has a few openings for new plan-managed and self-managed participants across our team.

We support children, teens and adults and understand that finding the right support worker isn’t just about filling a shift – it’s about finding someone you actually feel comfortable with and enjoy having around.

Our supports can look different for everyone, whether that’s getting out into the community, building independence and everyday skills, personal care, daily living support, transport, respite, or just having someone reliable in your corner.

We currently have availability across Mandurah, Peel, Rockingham, Baldivis and surrounding areas. Our current days and times are in the post below.

Building life skills, one very clean car at a time 🚗

Everyday activities can be a great opportunity to build confidence, independence and practical skills and sometimes have a bit of fun while doing it!

We love supporting our participants to get hands-on, try new things and build skills they can carry into everyday life.

Safe to say, the car came out looking pretty good too!

🌿 MEET EMMA 🌿

We’re so excited to officially welcome Emma to the Pebble Path Supports team!

Emma has recently joined PPS as a Support Worker, bringing with her experience working with children and a genuine passion for helping them feel supported, valued and confident.

A little bit from Emma herself:

“Hi, I’m Emma! I started working in childcare at 15 and always found myself drawn to the children who needed that little bit of extra support or guidance.

I completed my Certificate III in Education Support (School Based), which gave me the opportunity to learn more about behaviours and how I can best support children experiencing them.

Working with children has been my dream and passion since I was a little girl. Watching children work towards and reach their goals is such a rewarding experience, and I truly enjoy being able to make a positive impact in their lives.

I’m passionate about creating an environment where every child feels valued, understood and supported.”

We’re very excited to have Emma joining our little team and can’t wait to see the relationships she builds with the children and families we support.

We’ve been a little quiet… but for a very exciting reason ✨

Behind the scenes, Pebble Path Supports has been busy growing, refining, and building something we’re incredibly proud of 💚

Over the past few months, we’ve been focused on strengthening our systems, refining our processes, and building the foundations needed for sustainable growth — because doing things properly matters to us.

While we continue working towards the next stages of growth for Pebble Path Supports, we remain committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support to the families and participants we work alongside.

Pebble Path Supports currently supports self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across Mandurah, the Peel region, and surrounding areas, with a strong focus on personalised, structured, trauma-informed support.

This next chapter feels like a huge milestone, and we’re so excited for what’s ahead 🌿

It’s been a little quiet on here — and that’s been intentional.

Behind the scenes at Pebble Path Supports, we’ve been focusing on strengthening the foundations of our business.

Over the past few months, this has included refining our systems, reviewing applications from potential team members, and ensuring that any growth we step into is done properly — not rushed.

We are committed to providing structured, ethical and person-centred supports across Mandurah and the Peel region.

We currently support plan-managed and self-managed participants and continue working closely with families and support coordinators to ensure safe, consistent care.

We believe steady, intentional growth creates better outcomes — and that’s exactly what we’re building.
