WE NEED TO HAVE FAR MODE RIDICULOUS CONVERSATIONS ABOUT OUR BUSINESSES.

When I returned from my sabbatical, the repetitive nature and mass mindedness of the online space smacked me in the face.

We are a room full of leaders circling the same topics, problems and conversations, not because we don’t know the answers but because these are the conversations we are comfortable having.

Content about content about content, scale the t**s off a program, milestones, more content, followers and marketing - how do I keep surviving in this space?

These are the topics that dominate our space and permeate our thinking as founders and sure, these things matter but not as much as your need to have conversations and ask questions that annihilate your comfort zone, expand you as a leader and remind you are not simply here to build a business.

Your business will only grow as big and as wild as the conversations you are having, the questions you are asking and the boundaries you are intentionally pushing.

The quality of the conversations you are having will change the trajectory of your business.

Have you asked yourself what would scare the s**t out of you professionally lately? I have, it fu***ng sucked and showed me so much s**t I was avoiding.

Over the last few months, I have been having conversations with friends about our fear, how $10,000,000 in profit is possible, how do we get there when we are way over here, how we are going to retire in 5 years, how we are going to f**k the system by using it - ridiculous fu***ng conversations.

I’m not here to help you with content or launching or surviving another day in this space, that is not why you hire me, you hire me to challenge you to think bigger when it would be far fu***ng easier to simply keep asking the question “what content am I making this week?”

She’s live, welcome to Ridiculous Conversations!

A monthly, free, live community conversation where the focus is to break the monotony of every day business building and ask better questions, have harder conversations and think fu***ng bigger - because that is when the magic happens.

Inside of RC, you can expect questions that make you squirm because they require you to think so outside of your comfort zone, conversations that we are avoiding in the online space because well, it’s not sexy marketing but they are absolutely crucial to the growth of your business and a room full of bad ass women all there ready to link arms and rumble with you in the stickiness of it all.

The health, growth and upward trajectory of your business is directly mirrored in the conversations you are having and I bet in your coaching programs and in your every day life it sounds something like this…

“What content should I post?”
“What should the branding be for this next launch?”
“What the f**k am I even launching this quarter?”
“How do I make my mark this year?”

Questions you know the fu***ng answers to but for some reason (comfort) you keep circling back around and back around. (Just do it already!)

The repetitive messaging of this space is stunting your need to think bigger, to stay plugged into possibility and to keep pushing forward your vision.

Everything I have achieved in my business - not just the money but the weekends offline, the sabbaticals, the leadership - that has all happened because I asked questions and had conversations no one else was having or asking but I wanted it, I wanted to know what life and business could look like done different - no matter how ridiculous it sounded, I wanted it.

That is what I want RC to be, a place to ask the ridiculous questions, the question you are too scared to say out loud because you know the answer will change everything - I’m so fu***ng excited.

Ridiculous Conversations launches tomorrow, a free monthly live community session (no replays available baby) where we embark on having far more ridiculous fu***ng conversations about our businesses, leadership and lives.

Building a business is monotonous as f**k and also beautiful and necessary so I get why we get a little caught up in it but how often are you prioritizing these bigger, harder more ridiculous conversations - not often enough.

I don’t take these words lightly - it kinda feels surreal that people could be saying this about me and at the same time absolutely accurate because I’ve worked so hard to hold the highest fu***ng standard in our space and build something that delivers on its promises.
