How much do you actually know about what's happening inside your cells?

Two years ago I started asking that question — not just for myself, but alongside people willing to look deeper at their own health.

What I learned: we can't change what we don't measure. Chronic inflammation is a huge piece of today's health picture, yet most of us have never tested the markers that actually show it.

That's why I started The Inner Wellness Co and aligned with Zinzino, a test-based, science-backed Scandinavian health-tech company that works differently: Test. Personalise. Act. Retest. No guessing — you see your starting point, follow a personalised protocol, then retest to see what's actually changed.

The results I've watched people get — sharper minds, better sleep, more energy, feeling like themselves again — are why I keep talking about this.

I wish I'd known what I know now, 20 years ago. I didn't get that chance. So now I'm using what I do know to advocate for individuals, families and wellness practitioners to learn this — because it shouldn't be a secret.

If this post helps just one person regain their health, that's a win. But I would like to help more than one.

💚 Come talk to me about it at the Richmond Wellness & Lifestyle Expo — Sun 20 September, Richmond Town Hall, 10am–3:30pm, free entry. I'm speaking at 3:10pm.

Dr. Eric Berg just broke down how many everyday products are loaded with seed oils 👆

Seed oils are one of the biggest hidden sources of excess omega-6 in the modern diet — and that's exactly why your omega-6 to omega-3 ratio matters so much. The more seed oil in your food, the further that ratio drifts out of balance, driving inflammation without you even realizing it.

You can't tell where you sit just by looking at labels. That's what our test is for — a dried blood spot test that gives you your exact ratio, not a guess.

At The Inner Wellness Co, we test it, show you the number, and help you close the gap.
