Reiki and Seichim is a loving and gentle healing for everyone! A session involves relaxing fully clothed on a massage table with a warm blanket, and drifting away to your peaceful place. During a healing the practitioner gently places their hands on your body allowing reiki energy to flow through the universe, through their hands and then through your body. The more relaxed you are, the better the healing. You simply drift away and allow the energy to flow. You may see colours, images, feel the energy moving or nothing physical at all! (The results will grandiosely show up over the coming days) Whatever happens, it is for the highest good of your personal healing and cannot hurt you. Lately, when I give healings, spirit has been so close.

Not in the background, not gently guiding — right there. Close enough to feel. Bringing messages of love, of support, of “I see you, I’ve got you” for the people lying on my table.

I don’t always know why the veil feels thinner some weeks than others. But I’ve learned not to question it — I just show up, I hold the space, and I let whatever wants to come through, come through.

And what’s been coming through lately is love. Pure, uncomplicated, held love. ❤️
