Melbourne’s dance jam community never fails to uplift other dancers.
I made it my intention to find other dancers in Melbs few years back and I’m so glad I did.

The other day, I had so much fun joining this jam session I walked past in the city.
I was a bit nervous and caught up in my day, but I joined and left with a heart so full, simply from dancing and being around others that love this craft!

We’ve focused on 2 things whilst learning basic Afro steps in class:
🧱Allow yourself to learn (make mistakes) when dancing
😋Have fun

For many people, dance means community, movement and self expression. And that’s exactly what Monday nights prioritises.

Classes have also helped me as a dancer, facilitator of a space and individual continuously growing and enjoying the journey 🤍

🫶🏾 see yall tomorrow 6:30pm
