I think I forget how important it is for me to play.đź’—

I can get so caught up in doing things properly, getting it right, being responsible, knowing what I’m doing.

And then I remember what happens when I let myself just play.

I laugh more. I’m lighter. I’m less in my head.

I can make a mistake and instead of feeling like I’ve fu**ed something up, I can laugh and keep going.

I don’t have to be good at it.

I don’t have to look graceful.

I can be silly. I can get it wrong. I can try something just because it feels fun.

And honestly, I think I need more of that.

More play. More laughter. More doing things badly just because I enjoy them.

Less taking myself so seriously.

One of the things I feel most passionate about is creating community for women.

Creating places where women can come together, get to know each other and feel like they belong.

Because underneath all the layers we carry, the roles we play and the busy lives we live, I think so many of us are craving connection with other women.

To be seen and heard. To laugh together. To share the messy bits. To celebrate each other. To make friendships and feel part of something.

I love creating spaces where you don’t have to arrive as the best version of yourself. You can just arrive as you are.

And maybe that’s what community really is. A place where we can put down some of the weight we carry, even just for a little while, and remember that we don’t have to do life alone.

This is what I want to keep creating. More connection, more belonging, more women gathering with women.

Just because we need each other.🌹

Last night was a little pocket of magic.

An intimate gathering with the women of my closed circle, coming together at the Spring Equinox to leave some of the heaviness behind and make a little more room for joy, play and possibility.

We laughed.
We moved.
We sang.
We played.
We connected.

There was something so beautiful about watching these women soften into joy together. No need to perform, achieve or hold it all together. Just being present, being witnessed, and remembering that joy is something we can choose to make space for.

The Spring Equinox feels like an invitation to begin again.

To turn towards the light.
To notice what is stirring.
To let ourselves be a little more playful.
To follow what feels alive.

And perhaps most importantly, to remember that we don’t have to do any of it alone.

This is the magic of a circle.

A room full of women, meeting each other exactly where they are, and creating something that couldn’t exist anywhere else. 🤍

Good morning beautiful women!!

Welcome to the weekend!

I think we need more awe in our lives.

Those little moments where you stop and think, wow.

The sky doing something incredible.
The moon looking huge.
The ocean when it’s wild.
A bird flying overhead.
The colours of the trees after rain.

Just those moments where you actually stop and notice what’s around you.

I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to miss all of this when we’re busy, distracted and stuck in our heads.

But there is so much beauty around us.

And when I slow down enough to really see it, I feel different.

More present.
More connected.
More alive.

I want more of that.

More noticing.
More wonder.
More moments of standing there and thinking, holy s**t, look at that. 🤍

I don’t have a favourite place.

I have my favourite people. 🤎

The women I can sit beside and be completely myself.

The ones I can laugh with until my belly hurts, cry with without needing to explain, dance with, sing with, and share the messy, beautiful, real stuff of life.

The women who remind me that I don’t have to carry everything alone.

This is what I love about Circle.

It’s not really about the space we gather in.

It’s about the people who gather there.

The feeling of being witnessed.
Of being heard.
Of belonging.
Of coming exactly as you are and knowing there is a place for you.

Over time, strangers become familiar faces.
Familiar faces become sisters.
And somewhere along the way, you realise you’ve found your people.

That’s the magic I keep coming back for.

And maybe you’re looking for your people too. 🤎

Come sit in Circle with us.

You might just find some of your favourite people there.

I’ve been thinking a lot about how easy it is to betray ourselves without even realising we’re doing it.

Not in some huge, dramatic way, but in all the little moments where we ignore what we actually need, say yes when we mean no, stay quiet because we don’t want to upset someone, or make ourselves smaller so other people feel more comfortable.

Sometimes we convince ourselves that we’re being kind, understanding or keeping the peace, when really, we’re abandoning ourselves.

And I think so many of us have learnt to do this from a really young age. To be good. To be liked. To not be too much. To keep everyone else happy.

But there comes a point where you have to start asking yourself, what happens when I keep choosing everyone else at the expense of me?

Coming back to yourself can be uncomfortable. It can mean disappointing people. It can mean having difficult conversations. It can mean letting go of the version of you that has spent years trying to be everything everyone else needs.

But there is something so powerful about beginning to listen to yourself again.

To trust your own knowing. To honour your needs. To speak your truth. To choose yourself without feeling guilty for it.
Because loving other people shouldn’t require you to leave yourself behind.🌹

A place to slow down.
To connect.
To share honestly.
To be witnessed without needing to have it all together.

This is what I love about women’s circles. They create space for real connection, deeper conversations and a softer way back to ourselves.

And I’d love to keep gathering with you through the rest of 2026. 🤎

I’ve been thinking about how important it is to actually support the women around us.

Not just saying we support women, but actually doing it.

Go to her event.
Buy the ticket.
Share her post.
Tell your friends about her business.
Send her a message.
Show up when you can.
Celebrate her when something good happens for her.

Because behind every business, every offering, every event, every creative idea, there is a woman who has put herself out there.

And sometimes that can feel really vulnerable.

We all know what it feels like to put something out into the world and wonder if anyone is going to come.

So when another woman opens a space, starts something new, follows an idea, creates something from her heart… let’s support her.

Not from obligation.
Not because we expect something back.

But because we know how much it means to feel supported.

There is enough room for all of us.

Her success doesn’t take anything away from yours.

And I honestly believe that when we start genuinely cheering each other on, something shifts.

More connection.
More community.
More women feeling brave enough to keep going.

So this is your little reminder today…

Support your sisters. 🤍
