As I remember him even more intentionally during Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month and during Wave Of Light on the 15th of October at 7pm.

I am reminded of the legacy he left behind from his short time here on Earth....our story.

Honouring and thinking of everyone this October, who has experienced pregnancy and or infant loss 🪽.

October is a difficult grief month for me with many triggering grief anniversaries for the father of my angel baby.

Know even when I am quiet on social media I am supporting grieving people every day in the work I do and with the grief resources I have created.

But here is a special tribute to my angel baby, River. Born too early and gone too soon 👣👼🪽.

After over 3 years on this profound grief jouney. When many have fallen away. I am so grateful to have friends still willing to witness my grief and send me beautiful messages like these ones.
