🌿 Seniors Card Welcome Here! 🌿
Great news for our beautiful South Australian community! South Aussies over 60 can now apply for a Seniors Card, no matter how many hours you work.
At Sound Healing with Kaz, we’re thrilled to support our fabulous 60+ crew with accessible nervous system care.
$5 rebate on your individual ticket for all public Sound Healing sessions! Simply show your Seniors Card at the session, and I’ll happily apply the $5 rebate on the spot (one per cardholder per session).
Sound healing is such a gentle, powerful way to:
• Soothe your nervous system and step out of fight-or-flight
• Release tension, quiet the mind, and feel deeply relaxed
• Support emotional balance and whole-body energy flow (as Dr. Sue Morter beautifully teaches)
• Feel safe, held, and reconnected — no effort required, just receive
Whether you’re navigating life’s changes, seeking calm, or simply want to gift yourself some deep restoration, you’re warmly welcome here.

What even happens in a sound bath?
What does it feel like? What can I expect?
Let me walk you through that…

It’s an experience that you feel, and everyone responds differently..

If you’ve never done this, or you already know the sound of the bowls.....It’s a gentle invitation to slow down, soften your body, reconnect to your inner self.

You don’t have to be ‘ready’…
Come tired. Come wired. Come curious, sad or mad. Come not sure this is for you. Come with an open mind and an open heart.

You don’t need to know anyone in the room.
You don’t need a practice.
You don’t need to have ever done this before
Just arrive as you are. That’s enough. 💙

There is nothing to do…
You are simply present, and receive…

There is no right or wrong way to experience this sound…
Some people drop straight into deep rest.
Some feel warmth, tingling, emotion moving through. Some hover in that soft place between awake and asleep.
Everything you feel is honoured and welcomed.
Every time may feel different.

When we turn inwards and inquire with loving kindness…..many people describe a sense of their own vibration lifting. Some also feel that softness move through the room.

When my facilitation has finished…
It may feel like time stood still.

This is what it may feel like when I hold presence for you.
I’d be so honoured.💙

Remaining 2026 sessions are at Port Pirie on 15 Nov and 13 Dec.

Booleroo Centre🩵
Join me on Sunday morning! 25th October 11:00am at the Booleroo Centre Institute. - my last sound healing event for this year in Booleroo Centre. It’s a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, reconnect with your inner world, and come back into balance.
Most people walk in drawn by curiosity or a hunger for meaning, or release from stress. Tune into the power of possibility and what is seeking to emerge in you.
Many people say they leave feeling quieter, or more connected to themselves.
I’d be so honoured to hold presence for you.

Is sound perhaps the key literally of life? The key to opening the door to higher realities? The key to opening the door within ourselves. Maybe this is why we are all so curious and instinctively drawn to sound. Such an interesting video, I really wanted to share this with you 💙
