Meet Kirsten, our new Assistant Service Coordinator!

With over 7 years of experience across administration, coordination, aged care and disability support, Kirsten is passionate about creating positive experiences for both participants and staff.

As a parent of a child with a disability, Kirsten brings a personal understanding of the journey many families experience when navigating support services. She loves being part of an industry where she can make a genuine difference and help people work towards their goals.

Kirsten is excited to be part of the Ross Care team and share our commitment to providing warm, caring and person-centred support.

Outside of work, you’ll find Kirsten spending time with her four boys, enjoying live music, dancing or getting stuck into a good documentary! 🧡

With the support of her amazing team, Katya whipped up a delicious batch of homemade cookies. From mixing the ingredients to enjoying the finished result, it was a fun day spent building confidence, learning new skills, and creating something tasty.
