Place your feet on the Earth, close your eyes and take 10 slow, conscious breaths. Feel yourself arriving fully in this moment.

🔥 STEP 2 — RELEASE

Place one hand on your heart and one on your solar plexus. Ask yourself:

What am I now ready to release, forgive or lovingly leave behind?

With each exhale, imagine releasing the energy of old patterns, fears and beliefs that no longer reflect who you are becoming.

💎 STEP 3 — RECLAIM

Visualise a golden light igniting within your heart and expanding throughout your entire body.

Feel yourself reconnecting with your inner wisdom, your courage and your capacity to choose again.

Ask yourself:

Beautiful souls, the Full Moon is a powerful invitation to pause, breathe and turn inward.

The light of the Moon illuminates what has been hidden in the shadows — old patterns, emotions, attachments, stories and ways of being that may have once protected us, but no longer need to come with us.

✨ What are you ready to release?
✨ What are you ready to forgive?
✨ What are you ready to make space for?

You don’t have to force the next chapter.

Sometimes the most powerful act is simply to let go.

Tonight, place your hands over your heart. Take a few slow, conscious breaths. Feel your feet connected to the Earth and allow yourself to surrender whatever you have been carrying.

Imagine the Full Moon shining its light over you — gently illuminating, cleansing and bringing you back to yourself. 🌕🤍

🌸✨ SPRING EQUINOX — A RETURN TO LIGHT ✨🌸

Today, here in Adelaide, we welcome the Spring Equinox — a sacred turning point where day and night stand in balance, before the light begins to gently reclaim more of the sky. ☀️🌿

The Equinox reminds us that balance is not stillness — it is movement between opposites.

Light and shadow.
Doing and being.
Expansion and rest.
Giving and receiving.
The old and the becoming. 🌗✨

Spring carries the energy of renewal, emergence and possibility.

It is nature's invitation to ask:

🌱 What am I ready to grow?
🔥 What am I ready to release?
💛 Where am I being called to take action?
🦋 What part of me is ready to emerge?

But intention without action remains only a seed.

So today, I make a commitment:

August 28 is significant astronomically because there is a partial lunar eclipse today and great energies to engage in s a personal energetic closing ritual coinciding with the eclipse. There is something very beautiful about this threshold energy:
🌑🦁 THE CLOSING OF THE GATE
The next chapter begins not by calling something toward us...but by finally deciding what doesn't get to come with you. [This fits beautifully with the broader energetic pulse and symbolism often associated with the Lion's Gate Portal period — moving away from chasing external manifestation and toward becoming more aligned with who you are]
There is a beautiful symbolic layer here for the affirmation the Moon entering Earth's shadow → witnessing the shadow → allowing what has been hidden to be seen → emerging with greater clarity.
I feel the heart of this one is really not about calling something new in — it’s about becoming unavailable for what no longer belongs to the woman you’re becoming.
Sometimes the most powerful manifestation is simply stopping the negotiation with what we already know is no longer right for us.
I don't need to force the door open.
I don't need to know what's on the other side.
I only need to have the courage to close the door behind me.
