November is here. And with it, the final stretch of spring before Australian summer officially begins on December 1.
These last four weeks of the season are when sleep setups that worked fine through winter and early spring start getting tested. The nights are warming up. The bedroom temperature is climbing. And the bed you've been sleeping on is about to reveal whether it's ready for what's coming.
Here's what changes in November:
β
The evenings stay warmer for longer which means your bedroom takes more time to cool down before bed.
β
The morning light is earlier and brighter, great for energy, harder on sleep if your timing isn't adjusted.
β
The gap between good rest and poor rest widens. Hot nights make a mediocre sleep setup considerably worse.
Summer starts December 1. November is when to sort this calmly, without the pressure of being already in it.
