Dignity Home Care Services is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team and provide one-to-one support for a client with high-intensity needs in the Buccan.

This role involves delivering specialised care in a home environment while supporting the client's overall wellbeing and quality of life. We're looking for someone who values consistency, professionalism, and the opportunity to build a trusted and relationship with the person they support.

Previous experience in complex care is highly regarded; however, full training will be provided. You will also receive ongoing guidance and support from our experienced Registered Nurses, ensuring you have the knowledge and confidence to succeed in the role.

This position for immediate start - 6 hour morning and 6 hour evening shifts
