The Inner Sanctum Retreat went above and beyond our visions!

There was a greater intelligence at play throughout the entire weekend, from start to finish!

The signs, synchronicities, animal totems & miracles experienced were things that deserve a good "YOU CANT MAKE THIS S**T UP" line.

The connections made, and revisited, were activations in themselves.

The journey wove through us so much love, joy, peace, gratitude & healing...providing deep clarity, acceptance & inspiration for the next steps forward in everyone's lives.

The incredible offerings from Shannon (kundalini / light language activation) & Erika (sound bath & vocals) WOWED everyone, anchoring a new level of confidence in themselves to step more fully onto their path & service!

Today I had another powerful session with Rosie, where something profound surfaced.

We explored what I may still be carrying from Isabel's birth.

Guilt. Shame. Resentment. Fear.

Some conscious, others buried beneath layers of life experience.

I've spent years exploring my inner world, understanding myself and consciously choosing how I want to live and raise my children.

And still, there are always deeper layers to meet.
The timing of this was again divinely orchestrated!

Today is just two days before Isabel turns 5 and I was being invited to revisit the very experience that brought us both into a new chapter of life.

Her birth into this world. And my birth into motherhood.

5 years of learning, growing, questioning, unlearning and evolving together.

An opportunity to honour the mother I was then, with the awareness and tools I had, while embracing the mother I've become.

This was a rite of passage for us both.

So we went to the ocean.
I shared with Isabel what I was choosing to let go of, and invited her to tell me how hearing that made her feel.
I listened.
There was no need to change her feelings, explain them away or make them something different.

We offered the crystal to the ocean, honouring what has been and welcoming the next chapter of our lives.

Something I'm deeply passionate about is raising children who know how to nurture themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Children who feel safe expressing their emotions, listening to their bodies, asking questions and trusting themselves.

And I believe one of the most powerful ways we teach this is through how we live.

Through the conversations we have, the space we create for feelings, the rituals we share and our willingness to keep growing ourselves.

We don't need to have everything figured out to raise conscious children. But we do have a responsibility to become aware of what we're passing on.

When we consciously change the patterns we've inherited, we create new possibilities for the generations that follow.

What are we consciously choosing to pass on to the next generation, and what are we choosing to leave behind?

Shannon needed to claim her magic in order to anchor its power. ✨

This was one of the most powerful messages Shannon received during The Inner Sanctum Retreat last weekend, and it was beautiful to witness her do exactly that.

Shannon was one of our beautiful contributors, offering a Kundalini Activation and Light Language session to the group.

And WOW, what an experience that was!
It was wildly powerful, and everyone who participated had such a profound experience.

Throughout Inner Sanctum, so many people accessed a whole new level of remembering who they are, and Shannon's experience was such a great example of this.

It was pretty epic confirmation that at the very end of filming this video, a brown snake appeared in the grass, moving towards us, incredibly close to where we were sitting! 🐍

The snake is such a powerful totem of transformation, awakening, shedding old layers and stepping into a new level of ourselves.

And of course, the serpent is also the representation of Kundalini energy, the life force energy awakening and rising within us.

The timing of this was divinely orchestrated confirming Shannon's activation and everything she had just shared about claiming her magic and anchoring its power.

You can't make this s**t up!

Shannon, thank you for bringing all of YOU to Inner Sanctum. It was such a gift to witness you step into your authenticity at a deeper level and to experience the powerful energy and activation you shared with us.

🪷Inner Sanctum went beyond anything we could have imagined.

There was an abundance here that was felt in everything.

In the food. The land. The experiences. The love. The laughter. The tears. The conversations around the table and the silence beneath the trees.
But perhaps most of all, in the community.

It genuinely felt as though we had all sat together many lifetimes before.

There was a safety that allowed hearts to open. People wove in and out of each other’s journeys so naturally, there to support, witness, laugh, cry, dance, sit beside the fire, or simply be.
And through that opening came so much remembering.

Old identities were released. New versions of self consciously chosen. There was activation, clarity and a deep remembering of who we are beneath everything we’ve accumulated along the way.
Nature held us through all of it.

Kangaroo. Dragonfly. White cockatoos. Lady beetles. Serpent. Even a tiny insect seemingly growing its wings again. Each arriving at moments that felt almost impossibly perfect.

There was sound and stillness. Crystal bowls and voices. Soul constellations and intuitive knowing. Ceremony. Nourishing food. Bare feet on the earth. Dancing beneath the stars with the fire burning beside us.

There was Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine. The energy of Isis. Rest and activation. Depth and absolute joy.
And woven through it all was the intention behind Source 88: to remember who we are, activate that remembering in one another, and allow what we embody to ripple outward into the world.

When everyone left, the land became incredibly still.

After days of movement, music, laughter, tears, ceremony and energy, there is now silence.

Integration. Recalibration.

For the land, and for us too.

People didn’t want to leave.

We didn’t want them to leave.

And perhaps that tells you everything.
Inner Sanctum was, hands down, the most beautiful retreat we have ever held.

And it was only the beginning.

Our next Inner Sanctum will be in early 2027🌹
