A few minutes while the eggs are boiling 🥚🌿

A little time to move, breathe and recharge.

Tai Chi doesn’t always need a special place or a lot of time. Sometimes, a few quiet minutes in everyday life are enough.

Practice Tai Chi anytime, anywhere.
Love yourself. Love life.

🌿 Tai Chi: Connecting with Nature | Between Sky and Sea 🌊

Through Tai Chi, feel the openness of the sky and the vastness of the ocean when practicing Tai Chi.
