On Saturday July 19 5:30pm at Baulkham Hills Community Centre, Jasmine and I are hosting our next Celestial Awakening evening. It's an intimate, candlelit night of guided hypnotherapy and crystal sound healing and I can honestly say, people walk in carrying the weight of the world and leave feeling completely different.
Science backs it too crystal sound frequencies have been shown to reduce cortisol, slow the heart rate, and shift your brain into a deeply relaxed state.
Combined with hypnotherapy, it's one of the most powerful resets you can give yourself.

You've been carrying a lot lately.

The tension that lives in your shoulders. The mind that won't switch off at night. The exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix.

For 60 minutes — you lie down, you close your eyes, and we do the rest.
What happens in the room:
Stacey guides you into a state of deep relaxation your conscious mind can't reach on its own — using proven meditation and subconscious reset techniques that quiet the noise and bring you home to yourself.

Then Jasmine's crystal singing bowls move through the room — through your chest, your shoulders, the place in your throat where you've been swallowing things down. The frequencies physically activate your body's rest and repair response. You don't have to do anything. Just receive.
