O in the Outback - with Nat At times I’ve felt alone — juggling motherhood, relationships, work & outback life.

I know I’m not the only one. 💗
So I’m creating this space for you & me — to fill our cups through fun, cheeky & honest moments together. ✨ I’m a mum of two amazing, wild, and beautiful kids, and fiancée to a handsome man who’s dedicated to growth and living a fulfilled life — just like I am. O in the Outback was born from my passion to create a space where women — especially rural women — can connect, learn, laugh, and feel seen. It’s a community for those who want to understand their mind and body better, talk openly (even about the taboo stuff!), discover trusted pleasure products, and celebrate every part of being a woman.

Sometimes the biggest step is simply putting yourself in the room. ✨

Do you tell or have you told a specialist what you think is wrong with you from your research??

Monday’s over the past year have generally been a really hard day for me!

My partner worked away for five days on and two days off and when he would come home a lot of those weekends were just crazy!

There was delayed connection between the two of us, struggles for him settling back into the home routine with the kids, and then on Monday when he left in the wee hrs, it was a Kindy day. So for a period of time there Mondays were horrible, I was sooo emotionally wiped out, mentally wiped out, and tired from having a broken sleep.

I dreaded Monday mornings, some days I would get my son to Kindy and then that was the most I achieved the whole day, apart from keeping my daughter alive.

Fast forward to now, for the last few months of my partner working 5 and 2, my Mondays have improved. It came down to the work we’ve done in our relationship, I’ve done on myself and getting Bobby. Now, my partner has just changed to 7n7, so my Monday’s will be forever different 🫶

This morning I thoroughly enjoyed my Monday morning. I was able to spend some quality time with Bobby, breathing through my stuff, and helping him release his tension. To just have some quiet moments with him, without all the previous things listed, was soul soothing!

I’m truly grateful for those quiet moments.
