19 to 21 March 2027, at Peninsula Retreat House in Tyabb, on the Mornington Peninsula.

Three days and two nights that are just for you. Nourishing meals, yoga and meditation, breathwork, workshops on reflection and vision, laughter, real conversations and space to simply be.

No rushing. No looking after everyone else. Just time to slow down, connect with yourself, reflect on where you are and make space for what you want next.

Come on your own or with a friend. Every activity is optional, so you can join in as much or as little as you like.

And just like that, another Rise Reflect Renew Retreat comes to a close. 🤍

What a beautiful weekend.

The conversations, the laughter, the early morning walks, the movement, the moments of stillness and all those little moments in between.

But more than anything, it’s the connections that stay with me.

Watching women arrive, settle in, open up, share their stories, laugh together and simply enjoy having time and space for themselves.

No rushing from one thing to the next. No endless to-do lists. Just time to pause, reflect, reconnect and be present.

This is exactly why I love creating these retreats.

Not just for the beautiful experiences we share, but for the way they bring women together and remind us how important it is to make space for ourselves too.

To every beautiful woman who joined us, thank you for showing up, for being open, for bringing your energy and for making this weekend what it was.

Feeling incredibly grateful, a little tired in the best possible way, and very full-hearted. 🥰

A little glimpse into the magic unfolding here ✨

There’s something so special about bringing a group of women together, away from the everyday busyness of life, and creating space to slow down, connect, reflect and just be.

Beautiful conversations, lots of laughter, moments of stillness and the kind of connection that reminds me exactly why I started Rise Reflect Renew Retreats.

We’re still right in the middle of it all, and my heart is feeling very full. 🤍

So grateful to be sharing this experience with these beautiful women.

It’s not about escaping your life.

It’s about returning home feeling lighter, calmer and more like yourself again.
