Sometimes, we have to reach our rock bottom in life before we come to the realisation that we need change. Maybe that is you.. right now...

Progress, in healing, really comes down to are we willing to change.. OR do we just want to continue with destructive or toxic cycles or behaviours?

You can receive all the healing in the world... BUT if you aren’t willing to change, listen, be open to different possibilities. Chances are.. No change will occur.

NOW.. This process of change, isn’t necessarily easy. This is why we often exhaust all possibilities BEFORE we become willing to even look at changing our ways.

A couple of years ago I started to learn some invaluable tools with which to overcome some issues that had plagued me throughout my life.
