We absolutely love hearing feedback from the beautiful individuals and families we work. A special shout out to our dedicated and passionate team member, Bella, who strives to make a difference in the lives of those she works alongside.
The lovely mother of a young man we work with had this to say:
"I just want to say a huge thank you for your assistance with our son Jay over the last couple of years. It's been very valuable and very much appreciated. You seem to have a great team working with you.
On that note, I just wanted to let you know how grateful we are with Bella and the efforts she goes to above and beyond to help Jacob get the supports he needs. The services she has thus far sourced out for him have been great.
Bella is always approachable, a thorough listener, very engaged for myself and Jay, validates any concerns and sources out great services that align with his thinking.
Jay's recent NDIS review was beyond amazing and I could not have managed this without her. The local LAC (that we were fortunate to have for our NDIS review), commended Bella on what was the most thorough review she had seen in quite some time. I can only imagine what lengths Bella went through in compiling such an excellent report. The unbelievable outcome for Jay just speaks volumes of the effort put in. I just melted with relief, in what was such a stressful time with Jay prior to this NDIS review meeting. Bella was my eyes and ears and just a great source of comfort and relief whilst we were navigating a very tricky season with his mental health. She continues to be my eyes and ears.
We believe Bella is such a blessing to all those around her with her wise words and her calm and peaceful demeanour. We can't thank her enough. We are so thankful you have gifted her to us. We believe she is in the right field of work for those that are trying to survive in a mainstream world. Any concerns we may have, she actions immediately and gets things happening.
I am also thankful to Bella for reaching out to those friends that we have pointed in her direction. They have been forever thankful to Bella for taking the time to chat with them and helping them through the fog. Yet again, going above and beyond of what she probably even needs to do, but that's our beautiful Bella."
