Hi, I'm Emily.

In Australia, a cooee is a call used to let someone know you're there and help others find their way back. That simple idea became the heart of Cooee Health Co.

I created this space to offer genuine, personalised support for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their health and wellbeing. My goal is to provide a friendly voice, practical guidance, and ongoing care that meets you where you're at.

Because nobody should have to find their way back alone.

And if you need support, just cooee.

🌿 Why "Cooee"?

A cooee is a call.

Traditionally, it was used to let people know where you were, to attract attention, or to help someone find their way back.

The idea behind Cooee Health Co comes from that simple meaning.

These days, life moves pretty fast. Between work, responsibilities and the constant noise of modern life, it's easy to drift away from the things that keep us grounded.

Time outside.

Moving our bodies.

Slowing down.

Connecting with good people.

The things we know are good for us often become the first things we neglect.

Cooee Health Co was created as a reminder.
A reminder to get outside.

A reminder to look after your health before you're forced to.

A reminder to reconnect with the things that make you feel alive.

Because health isn't just about adding years to your life.

It's about having the energy, strength and freedom to enjoy the years you've got.

So maybe this is your cooee.

Something that started as a small idea has slowly grown into something much bigger, more aligned, and far more meaningful than I originally imagined.

I’m so excited to share that the Cooee Health Co. website is officially live.

Over the past few months, there’s been a real shift in direction behind the scenes — moving toward a more supportive and whole-person approach to wellness. The heart of Cooee Health Co. is about helping bridge the gap between appointments, providing continuity of care, and creating a space where people feel supported, heard, and guided in a realistic and sustainable way.

This next chapter feels deeply aligned with the kind of care and support I’ve always wanted to offer.

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me, supported me, and believed in this vision along the way. I truly can’t wait to continue building this.
