Boundaries are an important part of good support and they go both ways🤝💛

It’s about respecting your own boundaries while also understanding and respecting the boundaries of the people you support.

Clear communication, mutual respect and knowing what feels comfortable for everyone helps create a support relationship where both people feel safe, heard and respected.

Good boundaries don’t create distance...They help build trust!
