Working with aging trainees is the most rewarding group I have the pleasure of training. To see the empowerment and strength improvements week to week, makes my day over and over again. An example of this is my client Paula who is 75 years young, bench presses 60 lbs and can kneel on a stability ball while curling 10 lb dumbbells.
