You can use the best retinol on the market and still see mediocre results if you’re skipping moisturizer, harsh with your cleanser, or inconsistent with SPF. Increased cell turnover means fresher, more vulnerable skin, and that skin needs protection!

One of the biggest misconceptions about acne scars is that they’re permanent.

The truth is, acne scars can absolutely improve. It just doesn’t happen overnight.

Things people are always surprised to learn about laser hair removal:

You’re supposed to shave before your appointment. Yes, about 24 hours prior. Waxing is the thing you want to avoid. We need that hair follicle intact!

Also, the results aren’t instant. Treated hairs shed over the following weeks, and each session catches hair in a new growth phase. It’s a process, but the payoff is real.

Muskoka summers are the most fun. Just saying.
