We’ll be setting up a MINDFULNESS MARKET CORNER at the🎃 Pumpkin Patch and Market Bash 🎃 located in the Davis Family Farm on OCTOBER 5. We will have kids yoga sessions on the hour with our first session at 11am.

From 10 am - 3 pm we will have mindfulness activities set up for the whole family to engage in! We can’t wait to see your creative minds shine ☺️☀️ Also ask us about our children’s yoga classes and how we can bring our classes to you.

Don’t forget to check out all the other local businesses at the market and be sure to enjoy what the farm has to offer 🎃

Did you know you can meet Hands to Centre at your local markets this summer? I've had such an amazing time meeting everyone in Brampton and Burlington earlier this summer. Now I'm headed to Caledon! Come visit and learn about Therapeutic Yoga Play Classes and how we can get your children started on their yoga journey!

Let’s practice our yoga poses, learn some deep breaths and we will also have mindfulness activities for everyone to enjoy!

Children’s Yoga at The Aura House
Ages 5-10

Self-Love is an ongoing practice that should start from an early age, and continue to when we are adults. Practicing Self-Love can be an act of learning to take breaks, enjoying solo time, and accepting yourself for who you are. It benefits children to create a positive mindset of their self-image. It encourages them to treat themselves with respect, maintain healthy relationships with others, and remove the act of judgment and hurtful criticism.

In this class, we will be focusing on building our confidence and self-esteem through heart-opening poses and exploring mindful breathing techniques.

Hands to Centre is a Therapeutic Yoga Play experience for children and families while focusing on mindfulness, mental health and meditation. Play is essential for a child's development. It encourages interaction, growth, and learning through hands-on activities and communication. This practice will allow young minds to develop new skills and gain tools to overcomes any situation.
