And so it begins! "My January Goals'
I had quit smoking for nearly 2 years and was doing really well until June of 2024. Time to try again! January 2nd will be day 1 and I am looking forward to getting back on track.
I used to walk 10 kilometers a day and have become very used to using Uber. I have become inactive and out of shape. It was really showing during my recent trip to Disney World. I need to get my butt in gear and get back to being active.
Meditation brings me calm and that is what I am always searching for. It helps me to focus and relax. I need this in my life.
