This new moon, reflect on how far you’ve came in the last six months 🫶🏻

You’ve grown so much!
You let go of people, places and things that didn’t serve your highest purpose.
You aligned yourself with people, places and things that did align with your new journey and where you are headed!
You remember again the true essence of who you truly are. 🤍

But why does the trauma from the past keep holding on? Why do the triggers keep coming? Why does the negative thoughts keep wanting to creep back in?

The answer is: Forgiveness.
It will keep coming back until you forgive.

Anyone who hurt you, their eyes were not open, there ears could not hear, they did not know what they were doing. Does it make the pain go away no. Does it make what they did right, no. But the truth is, maybe they still don’t and never will, know what they were doing. That’s not for you to carry, but neither is the trauma and negativity from what they didn’t know. Forgive them anyways, for yourself. For your growth and healing.

On the flip side, if it’s something that you feel guilt over, that you feel like you did wrong, the same thing applies. Forgive yourself for what you did/had to do when you did not know any different.

Once you learn to forgive. You’ll learn to be gracious instead, and soon, all of the transgressions that have been placed on you through your life, won’t feel so heavy. When you can see how beautiful your life is, even with the things you’ve been through, that’s pretty amazing and something to be grateful for. 🙏🏻

Remember, your soul chose this journey for you before you were born.
With this new moon we begin to see our harvest from the last six months and begins the process of going back within ourselves. We are coming home and we are beginning our journey to rest.
To bask in the blessings and joy that have been given to us in the now.
That weight that you’ve been carrying, you’ll be putting it down very soon 🤍🫶🏻

I am proud of you.
Keep going, the story is getting cozy and is just beginning 🥰

Thank you to everyone who came to my session last night 🥹🤍

After taking a bit of a break, I didn’t realize how much everyone missed and needed my sessions. And how much I missed and needed this session and missed all my clients as well 🤍
I have decided to do monthly group sessions! Stay tuned for Septembers session date! ✨

Full circle moment for me as I guided my Sovereign Breath Somatic release last night.
I had the absolute pleasure of guiding and watching all 9 clients who attended, release the weight they have been carrying, and leave with a weight lifted from their bodies, spirit and souls.
Just to know this isn’t something I learned, it’s something I created, and it works. I can’t even put words to that feeling. 🥹🥹🤍🤍

A reminder to everyone: never underestimate the power of your energy, love and light, it’s needed more than you might realize.
