⋆ Интересный момент. Когда вам делают массаж, а вы при этом кричите и ругаетесь, это говорит о том, что вы не хотите развиваться и двигаться в новизну. А когда вы благодарите со словами: «Как же кайфово! Какой вы молодец! Какую же я карму отрабатываю! Спасибо вам большое!», то есть, говорите позитивные слова, вы очень быстро богатеете, улучшаете здоровье, трансформируете своё мировоззрение и расширяете сознание.⠀

⋆ Если вы ругаетесь и материтесь, когда происходит что-то неприятное, вы блокируете своё развитие и не даёте себе возможности двигаться в новое!⠀

⋆ Если не хотите работать над своим мировоззрением, чтобы стать лучше и богаче, сходите на массаж. Чтобы быть богатым, необходимо убрать напряжение в теле. Знаете, почему напрягаются мышцы? Потому что напрягается мозг и законы. Исчезнет напряжение в голове, исчезнет и напряжение в мышцах.⠀

⋆ Личный пример. Я сходил к массажисту на общий массаж, было все отлично. Потом я провёл семинар. И на следующий день пошёл к нему снова. Во время сеанса он сказал: «Это ты был вчера? Ты как камень! Я же вчера размял тебя как следует, и ты был похож на кисель, а сейчас камень! Я такой каменной спины вообще никогда не видел… такое ощущение, что ты другой человек!». А я даже не ходил в спортзал. Просто провёл семинар, где пропускал много новой информации-энергии, которую мог принять. Но она сразу же блокировалась моими эмоциями (то есть, моим прошлым), создалось нервное напряжение, которое и отразилось на мышцах. И это всего лишь я, который принимает.⠀

⋆ Вот что я вам предлагаю: если хотите иметь финансовую ёмкость, почаще ходите на массаж, и такой, чтобы каждую мышцу размяли и было очень больно. Так высвободится энергия и законы, и вы сможете принять новое, в том числе деньги и ценности, и перейдёте на следующий уровень.⠀

⋆ Массаж нужен жёсткий, мощный, спортивный, чтоб вас не погладили, а применили умеренную силу. Если вы отнесётесь к нему как к удовольствию, поблагодарите, тогда он приведёт вас к богатству. Easy, it comes from the top of your pelvis (the iliac crest) and attaches on to the bottom rib and the side of your spine. From there, it acts to help you extend backwards, bend to the side, bend forwards and can help in breathing.
So the QL does rather a lot. Not only that but because it attaches to all your lumbar vertebrae and your pelvis, when it goes into spasm, it can really pull on your spine and can also lift one side of the pelvis – Making it seem like your “back is out”

Neck pain is a nagging problem that is so common in modern society. As long as your doctor approves, start doing these simple exercises:

1)  Neck Extension (Backward Bending) .

2)  Neck Flexion (Forward Bending)

3)  Lateral Neck Flexion (Bending Side to Side)

4)  Neck Rotation (Turning Side to Side)

Try to hold each position for 5 seconds. Although these exercises seem trivial, they are really helpful when doing them regularly. Your pain should ease within 2 weeks and full recovery should take 4-6 weeks.

Hello all! My name is Mila and I am a Canadian registered massage therapist. My work is my love and passion. I think I found my calling and purpose. Throughout my life, my work has been always with people and for people. My first degree is a practical psychologist from Ukraine, in Canada I received a diploma of a massage therapist. Both of my educations work well for me today in providing massage services.
Massage is a creative process for me, I feel like I am sculpting a healthy and beautiful body for a person. I do everything possible for my client’s health here and now in my massage room. My favorites at work are hot stones, cupping massage and my ‘magic’ hands. I have many more ideas in development.
