Value of 230$ for 184$ plus tax. The first session is 75-90 minutes in duration, providing us with a global assessment and view of your body's posture, movement, mobility, and in-depth history intake of all injuri

es, surgeries, and potential traumas your body has undergone. A thorough assessment offers us the understanding of the interconnections of how your body is adapting and compensating and gives us a path to peeling back the layers of "What might be causing the pain and discomfort" in the first place". After initial treatment, the body will have time to integrate the changes over a period of 3-7 days to then allow for a deeper treatment on the follow-up session. THE QUALITY OF OSTEOPATHIC TOUCH ENABLES THE BODY TO REGAIN A HOMEOSTATIC BALANCE

Stress (physical and mental) is scientifically linked to many diseases and symptoms and over a long period of time chronic stress can have profound negative consequences on your health and well-being.

I haven’t always been this way...
•I have felt strong, but I have also felt completely hopeless and weak. I have been “on top of the world happy” but I have also been gasping for air, hyperventilating, crying in my shower, wondering if I’ll ever “snap out of it”. I have felt love, support, while surrounded by my friends, family and past loved ones, but I have also felt completely alone, misunderstood, ashamed and unworthy. I have found balance in my body and mind, but I have also been sick, malnourished, anorexic, bulimic, and self-loathing.
• I want to share this .. because the polarities are always changing for me. I still struggle. And the pain I felt and still feel is real. The memories, the experiences and the stories are real, and I am alive now trying to learn and grow from them. I don’t find this easy to share but I choose to, for the ONE person that needs to see this. You are not alone. 🤍
I know that my experience with depression, anxiety and mental illness is completely unique, but somehow maybe like so many others. All of our stories are important, no matter how it might “compare to another person’s”. Whether You share what is going on for You or not - you matter and it matters. And if You are struggling, right now.. or a month from now or years from now, there is help and there is hope.

Remember the days that brought you here.

I spent 33 years - many of which happy, playful, learning, dancing, connecting, growing, .. and finding... love, BUT mostly in myself. However NOT all days are filled with highest of highs. But that’s ok.
Since I was 13, I had an eating disorder, I struggled with depression, anxiety, and body dysmorphia, and panic attacks.
Through it all, although my mental health hasn’t exactly been linear, it has been both the biggest struggle but also greatest blessing.
Everyday can come with its own challenges, but I’m lucky I have been able to share my story - grow from my experience - and know that
To the days, the weeks, months and possibly years filled with anxiety, physical pain.. agonizing depression, disappointments, ... eventually You can start looking back on your life .. your growth.. your healing.. the choices and changes you’ve made.. ..
And see the beauty in a simple moment.

May they be old or new feelings, they could be memories or even reoccurring events in life that remind us that we have to eventually face our reality and choose to sit with the emotions, the physical pain, and the honest truth of who we are. In this moment.. he asked me to think of the life I wanted to lead.. and I just saw a lot of love❤️ ...this was aug 2019.... I envisioned THIS life.
Fast forward a year later, I have found so much joy in just being, .. present, slowing down, working “less”, studying more, breathing slowly, training smart, going for walks.. bike rides.. spending time with my little boy Fred 🐶, and those that I love❤️
