I took a mirror down today, and honestly, it feels so good. ❤️
It was on a wall I walked past all day long. Going to the bathroom, heading downstairs, moving from one room to another… there was my reflection.
And lately, I kept getting this little intuitive nudge to take it down.
I’ve been doing a lot of meditation, exploring Joe Dispenza’s work, and putting what I’m learning into practice. One thing I’ve been sitting with is how often I bring my attention back to the familiar. The same thoughts. The same feelings. The same picture of myself and the same ideas about what’s possible for my life.
Even a quick glance in the mirror can bring up a whole story.
How do I look today? Do I look tired? Am I getting older? What needs fixing?
And I realized I wanted to experience walking through my home without constantly returning to that reflection.
I recently shared about accepting and loving this beautiful body and this phase of womanhood. I meant every word. This body has carried me through so much, and I’m grateful for her.
I also want to give myself space to experience who I am beyond my appearance. To feel my presence. My heart. My soul. To discover what becomes possible when I stop checking in with the same familiar image all day.
So I took the mirror down.
And my goodness, the relief. The space. I didn’t expect such a simple change to feel this beautiful.
I also put a “so loved” picture on the bathroom mirror, which I’ll share in the comments. I love having that reminder there. Before I start assessing anything, I get to remember that I am already so loved.
This is where I’m at lately. Making conscious choices about what I give my attention to, how I speak to myself, and what I practise feeling every day.
I’m giving myself permission to live with more curiosity.
I don’t know exactly how everything is going to unfold. I don’t need to rehearse every possible outcome. I can be here, connected to my heart, and open to something beautiful that I haven’t thought of yet.
That’s what living in the unknown means to me.
And you guys… I have so much to share already. Things are lining up. Opportunities, conversations, help, ideas, and changes I’ve been hoping for. My life is becoming more enjoyable, and I’m noticing how differently I’m meeting it.
Here’s one big update: I no longer owe the CRA $33,000.
Yes. Thirty-three thousand dollars.
I’ll share more about that separately because it deserves its own explanation, but imagine the relief of that weight lifting. That’s one of several developments happening in my life right now, and I’m feeling incredibly grateful.
Spiritually, I experience this season as becoming more aligned with the life I want to create. I’m also seeing the everyday changes in myself: what I notice, what I’m willing to receive, the choices I make, and the opportunities I follow through on.
There’s movement. There’s possibility. And there is so much more joy.
All of this brings me back to why I created Magnetic Coherence.
I created it for myself first.
I was searching for a way to feel peaceful inside my own life. To sleep at night without needing b**r. To go out in public and feel comfortable. To be around different people and energies while staying connected to myself.
I wanted to understand why I could consciously want something different and still find myself responding through the same old patterns.
Why knowing better didn’t always mean I felt better.
Why I could understand an experience intellectually and still feel it in my body.
Those questions kept me learning. Studying. Practising. Trying things, noticing what helped, and continuing to build.
Over time, that became Magnetic Coherence.
The subconscious work. The somatic work. The intuitive energy work. Personalized affirmations. Meditation, breath, sound, and the technology I incorporate into my practice.
I bring these together because I value having different ways to explore what someone is experiencing. Sometimes we need space to talk and notice a belief. Sometimes we need to slow down and pay attention to the body. Sometimes a meaningful affirmation gives us something new to practise between sessions.
For me, the integration matters. What do we take into our everyday lives after the session? What do we return to when an old reaction shows up? How do we keep making room for the way we want to live?
That’s why I include personalized affirmations and practices to support the work afterward. I want you to have something you can connect with in your own life.
And I’m ready to share this work with more people.
I’m ready to welcome clients, spend that time together, and bring my care, experience, intuition, and everything I’ve been learning into the room.
If you’ve been following along and feeling curious, you can book a session with me. ❤️
You don’t need to know which method you want or arrive with the perfect explanation. You can start with what you’re noticing in your life and what you’d like to explore.
Maybe there’s a pattern you keep coming back to. Maybe you’re moving through a change and want some dedicated space for yourself. Maybe you’re interested in the subconscious, somatic, or spiritual side of this work and want to experience how I bring it together.
We begin with you. What you’re comfortable sharing, what matters to you, and what you want support with.
I offer in-person sessions in Canmore and remote sessions worldwide. In person, I also incorporate the technology and sound tools available here, depending on the session you book.
You can explore the sessions and book at:

Or send me a message if you’re curious and want to ask a few questions first.
I love this work. I love that something I began building while searching for my own peace has become something I can share with other people.
And I’m enjoying my life in ways I once struggled to imagine.
I still have things to navigate. I keep doing the work myself. But there is more space inside me now. More willingness to receive support. More excitement about what might happen next.
Today, I’m looking at that little space where the mirror used to be, and I feel possibility.
I get to keep discovering who I am.
And if you feel drawn to explore that in your own life, I’d love to work with you. ❤️🦋
With metta,
Kelly
