“Morning routines! Even if the aren’t planned we all have them.
Here’s a glimpse of the regular am process for me.
Wake: 4:55-5:15am (unless more sleep is needed!)
Lemon water: fresh squeezed lemon and water from my Berkey @conscious_water
Morning cardio: stairmaster or treadmill (my knees dictate where we start!) 30-50mins
Diffuse some EO (typically peace and calming or a action blend I made)
Mat time: restorative yoga, stretch, meditation, flow, prayer, read... whatever feels best
Up next is juicing/smoothie time while kids get ready for school.
Offer kids juice/smoothie they say no, lol
After dropping kids off and starting work, a bowl of fresh fruit!
Majority of this routine has been in place for years! I can remember my mom adding lemon to her water when I was a kid and also recall the first few times we went to Young Living oil workshops. She had many undiagnosed conditions and we went together. I remember loving the idea of using natural products to support health. I was a teenager and have always had oils and used oils since. We also had a water distiller and juicer when I was a teenager. May not have used it everyday back then but the intention stuck!
