Happy Birthday to the heart behind Catalyst Behaviour Services! ❤️

When Catalyst was just in its infancy, Malorie took a leap of faith, leaving behind the security of teaching to help build something meaningful. Catalyst would never have survived those early days without her drive, dedication, and passion.

We joke that Malorie is the entire HR department, but she is so much more than that. She is the person who holds so much together, takes care of everyone around her, and somehow always finds a way to do more, often putting herself last.

The same compassion and dedication she pours into our team, she brings to every family we serve. She sees the people behind the challenges and cares deeply about making a difference.

Catalyst is what it is today because of Malorie. Not just because of everything she does, but because of who she is.

Today, we hope she feels even a fraction of the love and appreciation she gives so freely to everyone else.

Happy Birthday, Malorie. We are so grateful you took that leap of faith and became such an integral part of this journey. Catalyst would not be Catalyst without you. Here's to celebrating you today! 🎂

Not every day at Catalyst looks the same!

Some days we’re in homes.
Some days we’re in schools.
Some days we’re coaching families and supporting teams.

And some days… it’s assessment day! 🧩📋

Today we’re switching gears and administering an ADOS-2 assessment —another part of the work we do to better support our community who struggle with extensive wait times.

No two days. No two kids. No one-size-fits-all approach.

Just another day at Catalyst. Now off to a back to school meeting…. ☕️
